We'll Miss You My Brother, My Hero

We'll Miss You My Brother, My Hero

This is my brother, Wade, and his wife, Karen. Wade left on January 20th, 2008, for Iraq war training in Texas. He will be in Texas for about 80 days learning the basics of the Iraq language and other necessary training before the battalion he is in takes off for Iraq. He is with the 530th Military Police Battalion in Bellevue. This image was taken on January 19th, 2008, at the Coin Ceremony for the men in the 530th Military Police Battalion. Wade and Karen have only been married for a year, so this was especially difficult for them for him to be leaving for Iraq and be gone for over a year. Wade was my Hero while I was growing up and will continue to be my Hero while he is away fighting for our country. Please keep Wade and all of the other brave men fighting in this war in your prayers. My cousin Alan, will be back any day now from fighting the war in Iraq. His wife, Shelly, and their four young boys can't wait to wrap their arms around him. Alan, thank you so much for your heroism. My cousin, Shannon's husband, John, has also help fought the war in Iraq. Thank you John for your bravery and dedication to fighting for your country, also. I'm blessed to have so many Heroes in my family!!!
Wade, continue to be brave and we will see you soon! I love you my brother, my Hero!
your little sister, Darla

Engagement Sessions

Engagement Sessions

I love to photograph engaged couples! It is a great time to get to know the bride and groom before I photograph their wedding. All of Sammons' Photography wedding packages include an engagement session. If you already have your wedding planned with a photographer who does not include an engagement session in their packages, then let Sammons' Photography capture your engagement photos. Call us at (402) 421-6787 and make your appointment today. We photograph at several locations throughout Lincoln and in our studio. Warning: there are lots of kisses and laughs between the engaged couple!
