Nebraska Lutheran High School 2010 Prom

What a GREAT group of high schoolers that attended the Nebraska Lutheran High School 2010 prom at the Seward Country Club on 4/23/10. The dresses were absolutely stunning and the tuxes were sharp! Sammons Photography photographs a local talented artist's art work.

I had the honor of photographing Lynne Reineke's art work for her up and coming website, where her art work will be displayed for selling. Lynne is a VERY talented self taught artist from Lincoln, Nebraska. She designs, carves, paints and creates some of her beautiful art from gourds. Her father, who passed away recently, was her muse for several of her paintings including the one below. Many thanks to Michelle Blazek for referring Lynne. I will add a link to Lynne's website when she gets it up and running. Below are just a few samples of her art work. Good luck Lynne!

Engagement session with Sammons Photography

Wow! I can't believe how long it has been since I have blogged. Here are a few engagement images I did for Christa and Chris. They are such a sweet couple! I am super excited to photograph their wedding this summer!

Whitney and Marty were married in May, 2009. I use to work with Whitney and was truly honored that she asked me to photograph their wedding. They had a great wedding party that were tons of fun to hang out with during the limo ride and at the reception! Many blessings of love and laughter to you both!

Family Photos At A Park

I felt so blessed to have spent an afternoon photographing this adorable family at a Lincoln park. Sarah and Jeff have two beautiful children, Dawson and Lani. Dawson had the cutest smiles! He was promised a day of golfing with his daddy if he smiled for pictures. Well, Dawson, you did such a great job that you deserve 2 days of golfing with your daddy! Lani, you have such a sweetness about you, that when you smiled, I swore I could smell candy! Thanks Sarah and Jeff for having me photograph your wonderful children. I look forward to capturing more images of them as they grow!

11 day old Marli visits Sammons' Photography

Marli was so PRECIOUS during her newborn session. I could have take images of her all day! You can see how adorable she is. Her parents could not be more in love with their new bundle of JOY! Congrats Tawni and Jason on your newborn. I look forward to capturing Marli's milestones!
